Orders are processed once payment is confirmed (for COD orders, after order confirmation). AR Collection reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.

4. Warranty & Returns

AR Collection offers a 3-day warranty claim for manufacturing defects only. Warranty does not cover scratches, water damage, normal wear and tear, or misuse. Returns or replacements are only valid under conditions mentioned in our Refund Policy.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Free delivery is available for all orders within Pakistan. Orders are usually delivered within 3–4 business days after processing. Customers must provide accurate shipping details. AR Collection is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Limitation of Liability

AR Collection is not responsible for damages caused by improper use, accidents, or negligence. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

7. Privacy

Personal information collected is used according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in Pakistan.
