    Refund & Return Policy

    At AR Collection, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 3-day warranty claim on all watches under the following conditions:

    Warranty & Returns

    • Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the product.
    • The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects or non-functional watches.
    • Normal wear and tear, scratches, water damage, or damage caused by misuse are not covered.

    Eligibility for Return

    To be eligible for a return:

    • The watch must be unused and in its original condition.
    • Original box and packaging must be included.
    • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Change of mind after delivery.
    • Minor color variations.
    • Damage caused after delivery by the customer.

    Refund Process

    Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

    Approved refunds will be processed as store credit or replacement, depending on the issue. Cash refunds are not offered.

    Shipping Costs

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
